Frustrated

It is no secret that I hate math. So why am I reconciling end of the year stuff when we do a reconciliation each month with the bank statements vs Quick-books...why do I have to do this crap...with the basic excel sheet. It is such a waste of time. Plus answering the phones, making appointments etc., then I lose my place with what I was doing, then the damn spreadsheet froze up and lost my place where I was checking stuff....
